Privacy

Elite Properties LLC collects the name, email, phone, property address, photographs, and payment information you send when you order an Elite Remote Cost Seg Report.

Stripe processes the card. Photographs and intake answers are stored so we can write the report and match the payment to one house. We do not sell that file.

Lead forms on this site

If you use the checkout step, the free checklist form or the estimate calculator, we collect the name, email, optional phone and number of rentals you enter, the tier you picked, any calculator inputs, the page you were on and the referring site. We use this to tie your payment to your house, to help if checkout is interrupted, and to follow up about cost segregation. You can ask us to stop or to delete it at any time by emailing us.

Lead form data is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. If a form can't reach our server, your browser keeps a copy in local storage and resends it on your next visit. We do not use advertising cookies. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, to count visits.
